Tags allow you to assign (or “tag”) a blog post with words that highlight what type of information can be found within the post. Tags are added when adding a new blog post.
Like the Categories Manager, the Tag Manager is available from any tab within the Blog tool and works in a similar way.
To view or edit Tags, you’ll first need to navigate to the Blog tool in the Plug-Ins Manager. After selecting the Blog tool, you can access Tags from any tab.
To do so:

The following screen will appear with a list of the tags currently assigned to any blog posts. Here you can:
- Edit any tag name
- See the number of blog posts currently using that tag
- View the specific blog posts using that tag
- Delete the tag. Note: Tags cannot be deleted if they have blog posts associated with them.
